One side is like the back of Garmin EDGE Computer,
Another side is FLAT with 3M sticker.
Stick it on the back of phone or other objects to mount them on the Garmin Bicycle Mount.
This item is well made. I tested this product on the Official Garmin Mount and some after market Garmin Mounts, this product fits the Garmin Mounts well.

It is recommended to clean the mounting surface very well before you stick on the adapter. 3M also recommend waiting for 24 hours before use for sticker to set on.
